Sooo I just want to start off by saying this past Saturday was off the chain. Austra + Humans + Resorts = mind blowing good time! This week we got a couple more grrreat shows 4 u. Starting off with this wednesdaze, HUMP at Lick (455 Abbott), we have half of humans, Autacoid as a special guest! + djs wobangs & hunk the drunk.
Then on thurrrsday we have an awesome lineup @ Goody with Weed, Foonyap and The Roar, Babysitter and Beach Deamon.

Last Friday at the No More Strangers BOAT PARTY, Dj’s M!G!H! Genie and bands Humans and SuperCassette rocked the boat so hard we may or may not have gotten into a small tussle wid tha fuzz. I think they started as a cover band in Vancouver?? but then again i’m not paid for my “journalisms”.
The band features Tony Dallas on drums which is always a good thing.

OK so one of our fave Vancouver bands, Fan Death (although they say they are from Christmas Island, which does sounds pretty magical) are opening for one of my other fave bands, Vampy Weekend for their almost completely sold out UK and European dates. As well as Little Boots in NA.
AND
They are taking one of Vancouver’s finest talents to drum for them, the one man spectacle, Mr Tony Dallas (who has graced us on many occasion at our NMS night). This is rad right?
