Higher Learning – Parallels August 2nd
Our peeps over at BeatRoute are getting ready to throw a slammer on Thursday night with some purdy fresh acts. As part of their Higher Learning music series at Library Square, August 2 will feature Toronto act Parallels, the moniker for electronic-pop goddess Holly Dodson. A combination between Kate Bush and vintage Madonna, Dodson’s debut album “Visionaries” is a musical fantasyland steeped in eroticism. This night will also showcase multi-instrumentalist DAVEP and a DJ set by Bear Mountain.
