the interview show: CARPENTER
There are two things you need to know about Carpenter.
One: to them, John Cougar Mellencamp is God.
And, two: the members of the band are dedicated to promoting issues of sustainable farming and ethical/organic food issues.
The band has formed from the ashes of popular punk bands like Daggermouth and All State Champions and are pioneering their own genre dubbed “Farmcore.”
This all sounds very serious and political, but Dan from the band (the guy in the green cap on the couch above) wants you to know that their shows are just about “good music, good people, good fun and positivity” and he dreams of one day retiring to his farm and sitting on his tractor while listening to punk bands on his iPod. This guy has actually bought a farm in Ontario. No Joke. These guys are committed.
