the interview show: DVAS
Winter is here and everyone is either writing exams and completing projects or getting ready for the Holiday Season. In a few short weeks, everyone will be attending some sort of party or celebration.
Jared Stuffco (above) created DVAS so that he had an excuse to get out there and party.
I found Jared on the mean streets of Toronto. He gave me the lowdown on the DVAS name, what makes a successful “bromance” and we talk a little yacht-house. You’ve got to hear it!
DVAS “Society” (The Hood Internet remix ft Kid Static) Blog-producer wizards remixed the track and added a local Chicago rapper. Pretty sick.

Remember this girl from 2006?
Uffie‘s back. It’s time for the re-attack of the damn crazy brat!
Back in 2006, Uffie was one of the most controversial figures in indie music. She couldn’t quite sing, she couldn’t quite rap, yet Uffie was being played in all the hottest clubs. She was backed by Ed Banger and hung out with some of the most cutting edge guys in the French electro scene: Justice, Mr. Oizo, SebastiAn and Feadz, to name a few.
Well now it’s 2010, so time to catch up! Uffie called me from a Fireman’s bar in New York and she told me the question she hated being asked the most “Where the fuck have you been?!?” Plus, Which Ed Banger genius never leaves his house? and Ke$ha… You have to hear it!

Oh Bloody Hell
I went for a quick bike ride last night. I just wanted to burn off some anxiety.
So I’m ripping along the downtown streets, feeling good… and then ‘pop’. My rear tire deflates beneath me and so does my mood.
Geeeeeeez. This blows chunks.
Canadian boys DVAS might help lift my spirits.
