Dj Anjali & The Incredible Kid

Next Friday we have a special treat from Portland, Dj Anjali and The Incredible Kid at the Electric Owl.
The two spearhead the bhangra and Bollywood scene in Portland through their Andaz night, Portland’s longest-running monthly party at 9 years and counting. They also hold a new monthly residency in Seattle and were one of the highlights of this years Sasquatch Festival where they played every night.

What’s up with the haters coming out of the woodwork against Slumdog Millionaire? There’s nothing wrong with a story that makes you feel good… tears of joy are normal. Despite what my parents taught me, my therapist said crying is okay.
