STINT is one half of local group Data Romance and Hyperlinx, this electronic duo’s focus is mainly based in the effortless grooves of UK Garage and House. A progressive approach to the DJ personae STINT transforms the dancefloor through classic familiar beats warped around the newest and hottest dance tracks. DJ Brok3n Link is Jean Brazeau, when he isn’t playing alongside Vancouver’s favourite new rapper Young Braised he tears up the club with eclectic sets aimed to make your booty move! Contest: Polica live at Fortune Sound Club
2012 was a huge year for electronic pop-soul band Polica. They played Sasquatch, garnered praise from Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, and released their first studio album “Give You the Ghost”. Moreover, after a successful live show at the Biltmore Cabaret last August, the band is returning to Vancouver for another breathtaking performance at Vancouver’s Fortune Sound Club on April 7.
Advanced tickets are $17 and they can be purchased online or at Red Cat, Zulu and Highlife Records.
