Vancouver’s PPP Artists Volleying To A Close

It’s been another intense year for all the Peak Performance Artists trying to secure a spot in the top three. There has been much debate over who will get the $100,500 to spend on their career, and as always, the judges have a daunting task deciding who it will be. For those unfamiliar with The Peak Performance Project, it is (more or less) a glorified battle of the bands organized by Vancouver’s The Peak Radio (102.7 FM).
Out of over a hundred artists, twenty are chosen to complete a set of challenges regarding their professionalism, organizational skills, their music, live performance, long term marketing plan, and an overall “Star” rating from a panel of selected music industry judges. After a four month window, The Peak announces the top five artists who then perform for placement in the top three.
1st place = $100,500
2nd place = $75,000
3rd place = $50,000
