Xiu Xiu “Hi” This is my favorite track on their new record Always and a call-to-arms for all Xiu Xiu followers.
Xiu Xiu “Honey Suckle” This track is the first one ever written by Jamie’s current bandmate Angela Seo. Jamie loves the song because he says it perfectly contrasts Angela’s love of poppy Top 40 music and her current grapplings with nihilism.
Xiu Xiu open for the Swans, Thursday, September 6th at Venue. You should really catch a Xiu Xiu show. It’s really like nothing else.
