Preview: RiFF RAFF at Fortune Sound Club
I could try and explain the brilliance that is RiFF RAFF but I don’t think I’d do him any justice. He’s much like Joaquin Phoenix in I’m Still Here. At times you find yourself questioning the authenticity of his public persona but then you quickly realize that either way the dude’s a fucking genius. He’s gone from a quick stint on MTV’s From G’s to Gents to over 300,000 followers on Twitter, and a record deal with Diplo’s Mad Decent records. And all this comes from someone who raps about brain freeze and Nigerian Olympic swimmers.
