TightMike
Beyond his production and remixing, TightMike brings a live set that challenges traditional DJing. Actually live remixing rap vocals and re-purposing r&b vocals as instruments while never losing sight of the dancefloor.
Bear Mountain (DJ set)
Bear Mountain’s electro/dance style blends syncopated bass lines and arpeggiated synth chords with live instrumentation and soaring vocals to produce a style that is unmistakeably fresh and powerfully captivating.
Boha
Meaning cum in the street slang of Rio de Janeiro, this is where a 3rd world musical phenomena known as Baile-Funk hails from. After experiencing its pornographic lyrics, booty popping bass and direct ties to organized crime face to face, the music of Boha was born. Not by replicating preexisting baile funk ideas, but by fusing electroacoustics/elektronika/ambient etc with the palatable boom of the 808. Its just nasssty.
