“Caring is Creepy” but “One by One all Day” I will make it across “This Weird Divide” to “Know your Onion” and win the new Shins album! “Girl Inform me” of this “New Slang” — without the new Shins album, I’m in danger of ending up in “The Celibate Life”, a “Girl on the Wing” if you will. I’ll end up at home each night doing “Your Algebra” with my face “Pressed in a Book”. Please let “The Past and Pending” Shins albums be mine, and save me from this Inverted World…

I deserve a copy of Port of Morrow because I will need something to listen to while I recover from a vasectomy in a few weeks. Doing my part to reduce overpopulation. Plus, the Shins deserve some credit for the conception of at least one of my children, so it would be a poetic win. And if I do win, I promise to make good use of both the record and the vasectomy.

Because I ruddy love them and money is tight. I don’t think they’ve ever done a bad song.

The contest has been upgraded! Anyone who won a CD will now be receiving a vinyl with a digital download included. Vinyl winners will be receiving the same.

Slow response time. Many apologies. If it’s still valid, here’s my contact: nsrich22 at gmail

If not, no worries. No one to blame but other people.

The Shins have always been a slow burn for me. My skepticism for the lead single eventually transitioned into it being the most played song in my itunes. I recently featured it in a post.
