Tomorrow night at Fortune Sound Club! Winnie Cooper presents: Rich Aucoin (Halifax), Autacoid & Cool Man
Rich Aucoin is a singer songwriter from Halifax. His second release Public Publication is getting good buzz and it might have something to do with the fact that his live performances are so memorable. Expect confetti, parachutes and crowd surfing. This is electro dance pop with a meaning.

Araabmuzik has been well known in rap circles for years. But more recently he’s been bubbling up outside of hip hop. If you’ve seen ANY of the hundreds of videos on this guy, it’s no wonder the Dipset producer is touring more and more with bookings at nightclubs and festivals.

Doug Hoyer & The Joe
Tomorrow night at The Astoria! Mile High Club, Winnie Cooper, Beatroute & Citr 101.9 FM present: Doug Hoyer & The Joe (Edmonton)
Doug Hoyer is a singer-songwriter from Edmonton, Alberta. He is most known for a softer acoustic sound but his latest 2 song EP is backed by Gobble Gobble’s Calvin McElroy. Also make sure to check out his side project Bike Month which features 30 songs.
The Joe is an upcoming rapper also from Edmonton. Joe has founded Old Ugly Recording Company which now has 18 artists on its roster, including Doug Hoyer. What makes The Joe different from most rappers is his rhymes are backed with electro sounds and ultimately have a different feel and the production is really good too. Check out this Gobble Gobble remix of the track Wayward.

Resorts EP01 Premiere
Tonight is Resorts debut EP release party at the Waldorf. Todd Terje is boarding a plane in Chicago to Vancouver. BEP are on Hiatus. I got a feeling that ___________.
Resorts are a minimal house / disco side project with Edo and Sam from the mighty Brasstronaut. We’ve done four shows with them in Vancouver having the guys open for Austra and Cadence Weapon.
Each show keeps getting better. I feel like big things coming…
