Wee Iz On A Boat
Our Nautical Disaster boat cruise is 1 week away!!! Humans, Super Cassette, my!Gay!Husband!, Erik Deverereux and the winniecooper.net djs are going to throw the best party ever to end the summer with aboard the Abitibi.
The boat boards at 6:30pm from the PLaza of Nations dock and departs at 7. Following we have an after party at the Cobalt till 2am.

It was Dinosaur Feathers‘s (new york) first time here in Vancouver. After meeting Listening Party at Sasquatch, they planned a mini Canadian tour and we were the luck ducks that got the see them and Boy Voyage last Friday at The Cobalt. We welcomed the threesome with a big sweaty crowd and plenty o’ beer! = No More Strangers.

Inside Out Rooftop Party
It’s summer, you’re totally feelin’ wavey, it’s late afternoon Saturday, and you have NOTHING going on – not this Saturday.
If you’re in Vancouver, you have to come to the Inside Out Rooftop Party! Last week’s jam on top of the Scotiabank Dance Centre was so fun, and THIS WILL BE YOUR LAST CHANCE this summer.
The view up there is amazing and there will also be BBQ, cheap cold beers, and sangria with deejays AJK & Zeeaa, plus special guests U-Tern and All Hands In. Aaaannnnnnd it’s from 5pm to 10pm too (that time when you’re just waiting around to head out for the night anyway).

It’s funny running a blog site. Sitting in front of your computer typing in html ect is prrrretty antisocial but then at other times you can be on the opposite side of the continent and meet actual people who read it which can be really rewarding. Even more so when said people are suuper awesome / not wearing afflication / tapout and are hanging out at the raddest parties.
