The Song Says It All

hanging umbrellas

I’ve been listening to this one a lot lately.

Light Pollution are from Chicago and are opening for A Place To Bury Strangers on their tour (in Vancouver June 22).

CSLSX from Philadelphia remixed Good Feelings and it works well in that chill-psych-wave-ambient-electro-dance-surf kinda way. It starts out sounding a bit Animal Collective, but let it ride… me thinks u will like it.

Play this for all your friends and see who can be the chillest.

the interview show: Thunderheist

THE END OF AN ERA!

The rumours are true. Thunderheist is over. [Insert weeping emoticons here!!!!] Red Bull sales will plummet. Clubs will be just a little less sweaty.

But Isis and Grahmzilla don’t have any time for any funerals! Both have solo projects in the works.

Isis is working on tracks for her new project Surprise Sex and Grahmzilla is remixing hype artists like Vancouver sorceresses, Fan Death, calling himself Nautiluss.

I talk to them both about the death of one of party rap’s bright lights and life after Thunderheist.

Thunderheist on the interview show

Thunderheist “Jerk It” (bootleg mix) The song that started it all.

Thunderheist “Little Booty Girl” (Alias remix) 80s remix goodness.

Fan Death “Veronica’s Veil” (Nautiluss from the deep mix) Grahmzilla’s new project.

the interview show is everywhere! (interviewshow[at]gmail.com)
